How to upload/update intake documents

1. Go to setup tab
2. Select on company info
3. Select "Choose File"
4. Add the description for the document.
5. Select the file you want uploaded and click save (make sure that there are no spaces or special characters in file name).
6. Scroll to the bottom on the company info page and press submit and you have update the form.

(If you want to update the documents you will follow the same steps as above, also to see the old document you can select on "Old File" to see it.)
