Deleting Assessments and/or Treatment Plans

Solution
The client will need to have at least 2 or more assessments or treatment plans in order for the popup window to display.
 
They will also need to have a session on the calendar that does not have an assessment or treatment plan created for that date of service.  If one does not exist, you can create a session for any day/time.  The key is to find one where the CA/TP buttons are gray.  Cannot be white, yellow or any other color.
 
1) In the calendar, find a session for that client where the CA/TP is gray
2) Click on that CA/TP and you will get a popup window
3) That is where you can delete the Assessment and/or Treatment Plan
