How to send the pre-registration link or add a new client

Solution
Do you need to start adding your clients?  Or do you just want to enter a couple of test clients to play with?  Here's how!

 

To send the pre-registration link to a client:
1.  Go to the Individual menu tab and select New Client
2.  Select the yellow button named Send Pre-Regn Link in the upper right
3.  Enter the email address and select Send.

 

NOTE: If you would like to change the verbiage that goes out In this link, go to the setup tab, click on Company info and you will see the box that allows you to edit the pre-regn email message.

 

How to complete the registration:
1.  You will get a notification that the pre-registration has been completed.  The type of notification will depend on the Preregistration notification option selected on the Counselor page.
2.  Go to the Individual menu tab and select New Client
3.  Select the client's name in blue
4.  Verify the information and be sure the correct billing type(s) is selected.  If self-pay, select the carrier name of 0 - Self Pay Client, otherwise, select the insurance carrier name from the drop-down.
4.  At the bottom of the page, select Save and Register
5.  On the next page, click in the Age field
6.  Select Save in the middle of the page
7.  You should receive a message at the top right in green that says "Client details updated successfully"

 

To manually enter the client's information:
1.  Go to the Individual Tab and select New Client
2.  Select Add New
3.  Enter the client's information.  The minimum information needed is first and last name, gender,  date of birth, billing type and carrier name(If self-pay select 0-Self Pay Client).
4.  At the bottom of the page, select Save and Register
5.  On the next page, click in the Age field
6.  Select Save in the middle of the page
7.  You should receive a message at the top right in green that says "Client details updated successfully"
