How to resubmit a claim

1) Go to Individual/Group, Progress Notes

2) Select your client

3) Click Pri (Primary Insurance) to the right of the session

4) In the Popup window select Original and click OK to Continue

***If you don't get the popup, check the top or bottom of your browser for a message that asks you to Always Allow Popups from Therasoft Online

***Check for a message that either says Claim Inserted Successfully or Error. If it says Error, make sure to click on the message to see if you are missing some data.

5) The first time you do this, we would suggest that you go to Insurance, View Claims and make sure it is Pending there.
