Send appointment reminders to more than one email or phone number
How can I send email and text reminders to two separate people for the same session?
You can enter multiple emails at the bottom of the registration page, just separate them with a comma. The system only allows the entry of one phone number for text reminders, but you could send an email reminder as a text message if you know the phone number and the cellular carrier. I've included an attachment of what each message will look like as well as the carrier specific info below.
Verizon: firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com
Virgin Mobile: firstname.lastname@example.org
You will also want to make sure you have Email and SMS selected for 'Msg Opt in' on the registration page.
