How come I can't mark attendance or start a progress note from the calendar

Solution

Are you listed under the registration page as the counselor?

To check this please go to the Individual tab, View clients tab, Click on the client name, Click on the Counselor box and make sure your name is there, if you are not able to access this area please ask your admin staff to assign you to this case.
