Automatic Reminders not being sent

Solution

If you notice that your reminders have not gone out please submit a support ticket.

We may already know and are working on them. But, we appreciate you notifying us in case we don't.

 If you don't see them going out by the end of the day please manually send them out under the calendar through the alarm clock icon until we get the issue resolved.

If you also see that they are en route that just means that the carrier has not responded within 5 seconds.

You can test this by inserting your mobile or email in the client's record and see if they go out.

 

If your client specifically says they did not get the reminder by text have them text the word Start to phone number 20691.
